The theme for this backing class is Versatile Doughs for the Hectic Holidays. Several dough recipes will be included in the recipe packet that have multiple applications. This includes my magic pastry dough that can be used for hand-pies, turnovers, sweet & savory pastry, bear claws, spiral pastries, you name it! Even pie dough.
