The theme for this backing class is Versatile Doughs for the Hectic Holidays. Several dough recipes will be included in the recipe packet that have multiple applications. This includes my magic pastry dough that can be used for hand-pies, turnovers, sweet & savory pastry, bear claws, spiral pastries, you name it! Even pie dough.

This is what you will be rolling out and filling with to make the twist pastry. You will take home the twist flavor of your choosing. Each person will make 8 mini twists.

The class will last approximately 2 hours. All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided. Book your spot now!
